Bear this in mind if you have a low speed provider, or if you are on mobile internet service which can vary from location to location. Please ask any questions before purchase as the service is non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE: Streaming TV service and/or VOD service renewal is billed and charged to your card 10 DAYS PRIOR to your expiration date. Under normal circumstances, you will be charged for ALL RENEWALS 10 days prior to the expiration date of your current subscription. The invoice is due immediately upon receipt. Any cancellation request for service must be received PRIOR TO INVOICE BEING GENERATED (which occurs 10 days prior to the expiration date as stated). If your card is unable to be charged for any reason, the invoice is considered past due, and still needs to be paid. The reason for invoicing and charging 10 days prior to expiration is to allow a few grace days in case the customer has a card that is lost/expired/ insufficient funds/ etc. However, the invoice is due when generated and past due if not paid immediately.
